That's about as appropriate as "stupid asians, why are they degrading 
the state of the art by putting out VCD equipment - its because they 
<insert racial/economic slur here> - haven't they heard of the US? DVD 
is replacing VHS here."

If you want to open up a topic for discussion, would you please do it 
without basing it on an irrational, bigoted line of reasoning.
