Exporting stills from Final Cut Pro vs Premiere

Thanks for the suggestion, but this exports 'picture viewer' images that 
open 
directly into picture viewer with system 9.04 and Premiere 5.1c.  Plus 
there is 
no option of exporting only a short in to out so the entire 6 minute .mov 
is 
exported as images.  I'll upgrade, but ONLY if this issue is fixed. 

In order to open these premiere or picture viewer files in Photoshop, I 
have to 
go into photoshop, choose open and manually click on each file while 
holding 
shift.  After manually opening thousands of these files, I'm getting 
carpal 
tunnel syndrome.  

**Is there any way to either export image sequences as files that 
automatically 
open into photoshop and or is there any way to open a folder, choose all 
and 
open these 'premiere' or pictureview' files directly into photoshop?
Will upgrading Premiere make a difference OR
Does FCP export files that also must be manually opened in photoshop.
