Import/Burn Realtime

Is it possible to import video via. FW with one port and in realtime 
send the video out your other port to burn DVD-Video? I would like to 
avoid buying an expensive TV type DVD recorder for this.

One other thing I'm having problems with my ISP if someone from overseas 
outside the U.S. could please send me a test message to 
kochkodin at verizon.net it would be most appreciated as  think Verizon is 
blocking them but I need to be sure.
