[MacDV] Anyone seen these errors while encoding to MPEG-2?

FYI, for anyone with IgniterX and experiencing similar problems,
if you remove the igniter drivers before encoding it will work.
Until Aurora fixes their driver looks like capturing with it installed
then encoding with it de-installed (or somehow disabled) is the only
way to make a DVD.
