It tells you that your data is questionable and that you are doing some 
weird thing that
is not getting mentioned because you think it is right.
  You should have just tried the tutorial in the store.
You should try the tutorial again.
You showed two files. one DV one ,mov (could be anything)
If you just want a movie with a play button in a menu and don't care if 
it has chapters than you just drag the .dv to iDVD.
duh.
I think you are doing something weird.
