Hi All

I have been in the DV field for some time and was simply pointing out 
that there was an alternative that had not been posted.
At no point did I suggest that the quality would equal the original DV 
tape, perhaps I should have rounded off the post with a
point about the fact that you should always compress from the best 
quality source possible.
