New QuickTime codec in anticipation of HD DVDs.

As was mentioned earlier, the better reason to wait is that the G5s are 
due for an upgrade. Panther runs very well, so although I will upgrade 
with 10.4.1 comes out, I don't see any hurry to pick up Tiger.
