[MPA] Garage Band vs Soundtrack

So Garage Band is obviously the easiest musical program of all time

but how does it compare to Soundtracks??

Is paying another $100 for 2000 AppleLoops  the way to go

Or is $200 for Soundtracks with 4000 loops and more/better features (?) 
a better choice.

Anybody spent time with both Garage Band and Soundtracks ?
