I have no idea why the Macwarehouse site says  "complete package". The
medical vocabulary is a separate add-on.You need to buy ViaVoice as well in
order to use it.

As for the vocabulary costing more than ViaVoice that wasn't the case until
just recently. Methinks resellers are trying to clear inventory while the
supply lasts.
