I get equally high accuracy with the ANC headsets Andrea, the VXI TalkPro,
the GN Netcom 405 UNC and the discontinued Shure speech recognition line of
microphones. There are some people with especially soft voices who do better
with the GN Netcom in VXI TalkPro because they have a higher gain or audio
output. Other people with the booming voices do better with the Andrea ANC
microphones which tend to have a lower gain. People with generally average
voices can use any good microphone and get equally good results.

Your VXI microphone is covered by a two-year warranty. Let me know if you
need a copy of your invoice (it would help if you send your last name and/or
order number).
