[Ti] Apple Store Service blows

You're not breaking anything to me, Shawn.  I am fully aware that my 
$1300 went to Apple, Inc.  But it did NOT go to the Apple Store at 
Kenwood Towne Center.  I'm sure that somewhere in Apple's accounting 
system, it makes a difference.  My point is just that I'm not going to 
give my business to a store (Apple or otherwise) that doesn't 
appreciate it.
