Thats a matter of opinion I would say. I'm quite happy with my Ti 400 
and OS 10.2. Ti 400 has a maximum of 1152*758 as screen size and it 
works nicely even with 896*600 when I need some relaxation for my eyes 
while reading mail etc.

So I'm pleased that you have got a nice machine but don't blame the OS 
for your need (wish) to buy a 667 DVI. *smiling broadly*
