Ron,

I have an iSight on my 15" Ti Book and everything is fine EXCEPT:

Don't daisy chain it off another powered FireWire
device. Always use it alone or via a powered
FireWire hub.

I had an externally powered FireWire hard drive
that I daisy chained the iSIght off. When the
camera activated - iChat crashed and the drive
gave me the "this device wasn't put away
properly" warning.

Trying to plug the drive back in failed (in both
OS X and OS 9) Disk Utility and Disk warrior
failed too. I ended up spending A$800 to get the
data recovered.

Since that little "learning experience" and by
following the rules of solo or via a hub (I use a
Belkin one) it works great.

Regards,

Mark
