Electricity "leak"

I've also been noticing this with my 1 gig 17". The first time I felt it was
when I rested the (unhairy) part of my wrist on the top metal. I found that
if I rotated the power brick 180 degrees, the "charge" would go away. It
also disappears when you unplug the AC adapter from the wall and run on
battery power only. You can also feel it (sometimes) if you move your
fingertips VERY lightly across the metal surface of the 17". It feels
slightly fuzzy like it has a static charge on the surface. I'm not sure if
this is being caused by a defective power adapter or by the chassis/computer
itself.
