[Ti] How do I get more speed from my Ti 400?

RAM will help. Also Repairing Disk Permissions has sped up performance for
some people. Or reinstalling Jaguar.

Other than more RAM you can boost the processor to 500mhz, although this
involves soldering on your motherboard. (not for the faint at heart...)
