Tibook recovery

This is a tracking system that installs to OSX and when a stolen Tibook or
other laptop connects to the Internet it tracks the location by IP.

I'm interested in knowing if anyone on this list is using this or has
successfully confirmed that it works, what other theft prevention solutions
are available similar to this "tracking" type of solution?
