Somehow I don't see PC users switching for iTunes - now or before.  Its 
a media player.  A good one, sure, but its a media player.

Maybe once Apple can make all the iApps interact the way they claim 
they do, all 4 of them will be enough to bring people over, but as long 
as I keep getting that stupid stock tune during my slideshows in iPhoto 
no matter how many times I select a different song - well, let's just 
say I don't see iTunes enticing people over to the Mac.
