[Ti] Disabling DVD region coding

If you don't want to apply a firmware patch there is a video streaming 
sw that let's you play different regions.  VLC 
(http://www.videolan.org), it will play DVD's from any region. I 
personally use it, I own region 1, 2 and 4, also PAL and NTSC. There 
was no firmware patch available for my PB available when I began using 
VLC. I recommend you to change the auto-insert behavior of the DVDs  to 
"Ignore" in System Preferences>CDs & DVDs.
