ram use ?

A friend gave me an unopened pack of ram... it looks like the following:

MT8LSDT3264LHG-133B1	PC133S-333-542

MY		KP024310E	200243C

256MB,SYNCH 133 MHz, CL3

Does anyone know if the above can be installed in a new emac?

Also I have a 12" Al 867MHz that has the original 128 built in and 512 installed.

I have been hearing about people installing 1 gig chips is this possible?
