OH MY GOSH!

Looking at it now, it appears to be so (haven't taken measurements. The 
ring is from an RCA, and the center post, if you are referring to the 
power plug, and not the power socket on the computer.

Cool. I don't know how they modified the inside of the power socket to 
get the phono (stereo minijack) contacts in there...
