Hello everybody, I've sent my TiBook500 for repair: faulty screen (and I wanted to fix it before the Applecare expires). After 2 weeks they are still waiting for the spare part. Does anybody know if there is a maximum time they can keep it? Is there a remote possibility to get it back and to send them again once the spare part has arrived?
