[Ti] SMART status failing: travelstar... upgrade?

Hi all--

I have a PB G4 667mhz... the internal IBM 45 gig Travelstar drive has been giving me trouble: even after total lowlevel erase and reformat, I get S.M.A.R.T. status: failing.

I assuem this means it is time for a new internal drive. Any suggestions from anyeone for a reliable replacement? And vendors?
