[Ti] 10.3.9 Won't boot

Running 10.3.9
Stopped and screen went grey with Apple and would not reboot. At 
first firmware showed a fault bad block CRC 16
Reset firmware
Started it in Safe Mode okay
Now won't start in that nor will it start from external firewire CD 
nor boot from TechToolPro 4.0.2

Can anyone help
