[Ti] Blown power supply

I have personally had about three of them go out on me in the exact 
same way. The thing will short out on either end. I personally think 
that it is a intentional design flaw to limit the life of the adapter 
forcing you to buy a new one. There should be some type of strain 
relief at the two points of stress (either end of the cable)
