Well, I hate to answer my own post, but I tried a few things and I think I've figured it out. Pacifist did not work - it couldn't find anything that had Classic or Graphic Converter on that disc. But I enabled viewing hidden files with TinkerTool and I was able to find the .dmg files for classic and the other apps in a folder called .images at the root level of the disc. Has anyone else had this problem or is this something specific to my system?
