Special permissions are special and is the note serves only as a status
report. At the moment I'm not sure why exactly Disk Utility must report
special permissions status in this unsettling (for many users) fashion.

 I'm quite sure the info in Apple doc
"Disk Utility reports some messages that you can ignore when checking
permissions "
<http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107298>
is still valid.

Here's an overview article:
"Troubleshooting permissions issues in Mac OS X "
<http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106712>

Another shorter article about Disk Utility and permissions:
"About Disk Utility's Repair Disk Permissions feature"
