I tend to agree on the price.  All in all a good deal.
You can go to the Cingular website and leave your email to sign up to be
notified when it is available.
It will not work on CDMA phones or providers. The majority of the world uses
GSM based phones and in turn Apple chose to address this segment.  Good
economics.
