Installing OS 9.2

Hi All:

I have hit a wall here trying to install OS 9.2 on a reformatted (both 
standard and extended)  HD with OS 9 drivers, and the cd just gets spit 
out.  When I try installing with OSX I get " There are no localized 
Classic-specific resources to Update the selected folder, "/Mac OS 
9.2.1/ System Folder.  There are  no other folders to select from 
either.  I have tried a different CD also, and both are clean.  Both of 
these HD's have had OS9 installed, with and without Classic.  I know 
I'm getting on here, but GEEZE!  Any Ideas are dearly appreciated.
