Copying mySQL files from one OS X to another

This might not be the best forum for this, but I'm always impressed by 
the knowledge level here.

Just upgraded an OS X Server from 10.1 to 10.2. I CCC-backed the old 
install to another partition. Upgrade in place didn't go well, so ended 
up doing a clean install of 10.2 Server.

A few PHP/mySQL items running on the old server are now sitting on a 
different partition, apparently not bootable despite the CCC. Once I 
get PHP/mySQL running on the new server, is there any way to import the 
SQL tables from the old one? TIA

BTW, Server 10.2 seems a bigger change than its release number suggests.
