Crashing after new Quicktime update.

Morning.

I have done all of the updates lately as they have come out.  I have 
had no problems installing any of them until I seperately installed the 
Quicktime update.  Every couple of boots it will have a kernel panic at 
the screen where it tells you that the firewall is starting up and the 
login window is loading and then crash in the panic.

I have tested the disk for errors and rebuilt permissions on my drive 
and still I have this problem though both of these test indicated that 
nothing was wrong.

I would assume there is something wrong with a file or pref.  How can I 
get X 10.3.2 to reinstall Quicktime?
