I fond the answer using  Mac" Help" located in he Finder , as below ( 
its free! )

"To see your current computer name, Rendezvous name, or network address 
open the Sharing pane of System Preferences.

To change your computer's name or Rendezvous name, type a new name in 
the Computer Name or Rendezvous Name field. "
