Importing bookmarks to Safari

Must be missing something. I'm looking for a way to import bookmarks 
from Explorer [OS 9] to Safari.

They're imported automatically if you've been running Explorer in OS X, 
but nothing shows up automatically from Mac OS Explorer. TIA
