[X-Newbies] Can't install shockwave

Hi,

 

I'm having some problems installing since upgrading from 10.1 to 10.2.8,
dmg files will no longer install.  The installer keeps giving me the
error message "This software cannot be installed on this computer.".

 

I've checked security settings in IE and Netscape, and I am logged on as
an Administrator.

 

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
