Internal 56K modem model M7405LL-A

I am looking for an internal modem for my B&W that does faxes.  I came
across this one on ebay and was wondering if this would work with my B&W
under Panther.

Model # M7405LL-A
Apple Part # 661-2085

It says this modem works with  the iMac 233/266/333 but it looks like it
would fit into my B&W.

Anyone know about using this modem in a G3 900 MHz B&W using Panther.
