[X Newbies] Mail

In Jaguar, you can use the script located here:

file://Library/Scripts/Mail%20Scripts/

It's called Manage SMTP Servers.scpt

As someone else already mentioned, in Panther, you can delete this in 
the UI in Account Prefs.
