[X-Newbies] The Mystery of Missing Email Messages

It's quite possible that she missed the mailbox/folder that she thought 
she was dropping them in and instead they ended up somewhere else. IF 
she has not done anything else in terms of moving things about she can 
'Undo' the move. If she has done things since then, do a search in All 
mailboxes for content that she knows is in one of the messages and see 
where it shows up.
