[X-Newbies] Wiki like colaborative software.

Is there any kind of wiki like collaborative software that can be used
with a .mac homepage? I would like to put a page on a website that I
have created where people working on the same project I am can log in
and work on a wiki page. I used RapidWeaver to create the site, but as
most of the people I am working with have a Win PC, it would need to
be platform independent.
