[X-Newbies] Upgrading from Office X to Office 2004

Hi,

I  am getting ready to update from Office X to Office 2004 and am 
particularly interested in preserving the Entourage X files, contacts, 
in the process.  Would be grateful for any tips, advice on best way to 
manage this.
