A replay if I may...

You haven't been keeping up with the latest...

1. It hit Europe by the end of the year

2. It has a built in keypad, one that is a whole lot
easier to use than a thumb-pad

3. The version just announced and due in Europe will
be 3G based product because that is the standard in
Europe

4. As to battery I can't replay to that but Apple has
never let anyone down on any of it's designs to date,
so why would they start now.

By the way, one has to fully understand that Apple has
not yet fully released all of the performance spec's &
it's feature list because of would be copycats, i.e
our friends at M$ - so until the product is out no one
will fully know it's full value. I have personally
delayed any new purchases of any type of cell phone
within my company till the iPhone is released. And yes
I am a stockholder of Apple and have been so sense the
beginning of time or at lest Apple time.

I do hope this will give you pause, As I would really
hate to see you or anyone spend money now - only to be
disappointed 6 months down the road!
