Then, you're installation is a bit hosed. On my 10.4.4 installation, "locate
unzip" yields:

/usr/bin/bunzip2
/usr/bin/funzip
/usr/bin/gunzip
/usr/bin/unzip
/usr/bin/unzipsfx

BTW, the DevTools uninstall script doesn't remove anything associated with
*zip*.
