[X4U] XP -> OSX Network question

I've got file sharing turned on in OSX.

On my Windows XP box, I see the mount, but can only access what's in my 
/Users/steve account, i.e., Desktop, Documents, Library, Movies, Music, 
PIctures, Public and Sites.   I have other folders set up under my main 
hard drive (PROJECTS, DIGIPICS, SKETCHES, etc.) and would like to be 
able to access these folders on the PC.   Is this a permissions issue?
