Some of you may have already recieved this or similiar e-mails, my appologies
to you. Being aware of the number of people whom work in visual art fields that
this list reaches. Please take the time to read the material, even if you
aren't in the visual art or photography industries.

To summarize, the change appears to allow anyone who finds one of your
photos anywhere the ability to use your photo for any purpose, as long
as they made a "reasonable effort" to locate you. It doesn't matter if
you have your photos registered with the copyright office, and if you
later discover their use of your photo, they do not have to pay ANY
penalties if they immediately cease using your photos.
