[X4U] Streaming video question.

I've read that it is easiest in Safari... with the video in the front  
window, choose Window and Activity... then look for the largest file  
size, double-click it, and then choose File and Save As to name it  
and watch it later.
The same works for YouTube and other Flash video sites.
