Did I say that Mac users should not work with/help those who use Windows?
No. I said that this list is an inappropriate place to post Windows
questions, being as its name is "A place to discuss Mac OS X for the casual
user."

I am the lone Mac user in an organization of 15 and I help all of them with
Windows. I get questions on a daily/weekly basis about 'what's this do? how
do I do this? what's this error mean?' and if I don't know the answer, I
don't query this list.

Yes, that was pretty much my point. If you want to discuss "how do I remove
icons from my Windows taskbar" use a different list.
