Did you have the correct printer selected in Page Setup? Just a few weeks
ago, one of these lists had a Word doc with 0" margins that wouldn't
actually create a PDF edge-to-edge -- until she went in and changed her
printer in the Page Setup to a printer that supported edge-to-edge printing.
Perhaps that's your issue here, too.
