[X4U] How to turn off URL pop up in Safari?

Thanks Bill and Dave. I used Terminal as you suggested. I'm just  
trying to remember how I turned it on though...I don't think I used  
Terminal, I must have used some sort of add on utility, but I can't  
remember or find it...
