Mark,

What exactly happens when the iPod won't accept the file? Are you going
through iTunes to the iPod, or trying to drag straight to the iPod? (You
used to have to go through iTunes to put audio on an iPod, and I've seen
many people get frustrated trying to drag music straight to the iPod,
bypassing iTunes.)
