[X4U] Eudora 6.2 problems on 10.6.8

I believe the last version of Eudora is 6.2.4, are you really at 6.2?

Having said that, clicking on URL's broke some time ago. Though
differently than what you're seeing.

As for the other issue, Command-M still collects my email. Eudora
6.2.4 on Mac OS X 10.6.8.

I think that Eudora has become somewhat less stable under 10.6, I've
run it since '96 on the Mac (and before that on Windows), and this
last year is the first time I've ever had it seriously blow up and
loose my config. My Mom has been having some serious issues with it
on her Mac as well. Plus it won't run under 10.7.

Needless to say, the correct solution is to move off of Eudora. When
the time comes (in other words I'm forced to upgrade to a newer
version of Mac OS X), I plan to move to Mailforge. I demoed it in a
test account last year with my full Eudora archive, and was very
impressed. It was able to import all my mail archives, unlike the
new Eudora OSE based on Thunderbird.
