I've tried it with and without the new module and as well as the old
module. At the moment I can hear both the hard disk and the cd drive spin
up and then spin down repeatedly. One thing I could try is replacing the
hard disk, but I don't think I would like to try that at the moment.

Does anyone one know where I could get this done in London, England...?
