On occasions when it's just dusty, a big soft make-up brush is perfect. 
Just flick it across the screen and it'll pick up all the dust 
immediately.

But don't use one that you wife/gf has been using! - unless you want 
your screen covered in foundation, that is. Buy a new, clean one.
